Healthy vegan Cinnamon stars

Hey there:),

i can’t belive that it’s christmas in 6 days:o. I don’t have all of my presents and I also didn’t have the time to bake cookies.. The only treat that I already made are these Cinnamon stars. You don’t have to bake them, they are really tasty, a mix between marzipan and normal cinnamon stars. You really have to try them, it’s perfect to have some healthy treats during this season full of sugary things (which I also really like:)) So here is the recipe:

You need:

250 g Dates

a little bit of water

20 tablespoon oat flour (blended oats)

250g ground almonds


a quater of an apple

a few drops of almond aroma


At first you should mix the dates with a little bit of water and the apple until it’s a puree. Then you can combine it with all the other ingredients. The dough shouldn’t be sticky. Put it in the fridge for 30 min. and then you can roll it and cut out the cinnamon stars.
