Baked cauliflower for all the cauliflower haters

Hello:),

today I want to share a reallly yummy recipe with you. It’s really easy, delicious and healthy. I found it here, at the youtube channel ellevant  and really wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients:

Whole cauliflower

yoghurt or soy yoghurt

a little bit of olive oil

lemon juice

cumin

curry powder

salt

pepper

mustard seeds

At first you have to preheat your oven to 200° C. Then you need to wash your cauliflower and remove the stalk and leaves from it. Combine your ingredients to your taste and rub the yoghurt mixture on the whole cauliflower. Sprinkle the mustard seeds on top and put it in the oven for 45min or until brown and crispy on the top and soft and cooked on the inside:) After 20 min you can put some more yoghurt on top of the cauliflower and some onions in the baking dish. It tastes really delicious with some salad, rice, potatos or on it’s own:)
